Cooking courses with our Chefs to enjoy and learn the secrets of the Italian cuisine.
Meeting up in the unique and suggestive Rialto Market in Venice.
Buying products for making the recipes: fish, vegetables and spices.
Dividing participants into different groups with minimum of 10 people – maximum 32 people.
Each group will prepare a Venetian recipe, which are the following:
Group Santa Croce – Appetizer.
Group San Marco – First course.
Group San Polo – Main course.
Group Cannaregio – Dessert.
Each group will be accompanied by a group leader who will be in charge of the list of ingredients to buy at the market stalls.
After purchase, the meeting will be at our restaurant, Antica Besseta, which is reachable by a ten-minute walk along the intriguing Venetian streets.
Your shopping bag will be delivered to the chefs who will guide you in preparing the prearranged recipes.
A buffet with drinks and coffee will be available.
Beginning of recipe preparation.
All dishes will be then served at the table.
All participants will receive a frequency parchment and the most deserving group will be awarded with a Venetian murrina.
